Scope

The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of specific Law. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of specific Law and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. Journal aims to promote savant excellence in the area of specific Law.
2. Journal aims to focus on legal issues currently being in specific Law as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
3. Journal aims to focusing on issues of specific Law, social justice and human rights, critique of the legal system, developments in alternative practice and community legal education.
